The hotel has fully worked its 3 or even more) the beds are clean, towels are changed daily, the kitchen is excellent (especially the breakfasts). The staff is customer-oriented, polite and friendly. Access to hotel services is round the clock. What I would like to add is that there are more cosmetics, it would not hurt to replace soap with liquid. We stayed for 7 days. Thanks a lot! Great hotel. Very cozy and inexpensive. In addition, I remember their wonderful cuisine. It’s a pity that everything has changed, we no longer have to travel as a family in the summer through Kharkov. We miss this hotel a little) Recommended.
